AutoRecharge Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in AutoRecharge you certify you’re the owner of the account and authorize TXU Energy to automatically charge your card the AutoRecharge Amount when your account balance falls below the amount you’ve selected. You also agree to release TXU Energy from any claims relating to the program and it will continue until you, your financial institution or we terminate it.

You agree that we may provide you with a copy of these terms electronically including by e-mail or text message depending on your selected communication preference. Your consent is valid until you notify us and you’re responsible for providing valid information. You must have access to a device and browser that can access the internet and a valid e-mail account or a device that can receive text messages and that you have authorized us to send communications to.

If you have any questions or wish to cancel the program at any time, please opt out online or contact us although it may take several business days to take effect.
