Regulatory Documents That Outline Your Service
Regardless of which retail electric provider (REP) you choose for electricity, when you sign up for service, you'll receive information that explains your service terms and rights as a customer as required by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT).
At TXU Energy, we're committed to providing straightforward terms of service that clearly define our commitment to you and work hard to make these documents easy to understand.
Electricity Facts Label (EFL) - Provides customers with standardized information on a REP's prices, contract terms, renewable energy content, and fees and charges for a specific plan. EFLs allow you to make an apples-to-apples comparison of electricity plans. See a sample EFL.
Your Rights as a Customer (YRAC) - Explains customer protections mandated by the PUCT. See our YRAC.
Terms of Service Agreement (TOSA) - Lists fees, payment options and other important provisions that outline your relationship with your retail electric provider (REP). See our TOSA.
Whether you're considering becoming a TXU Energy customer or just wondering about the plan you have with your current provider, we encourage you to review these important documents so that you can make an informed decision.
