2. Non-members can download and execute an interlocal contract to join Choice Partners at www.choicepartners.org/membership.

3. Review your energy needs, goals and preferred terms with TXU Energy and Choice Partners so we can create a customized solution for your organization.

4. Select your preferred energy options and finalize your contract with TXU Energy.
